President -Reuben Todd, CCCP Certified 2013 Reuben began serving as the Executive Director Chrsitthe King Center in Greenwich NY in July of 2017, after serving as Executive Director of Caroline Furnace Lutheran Camp and Retreat for three years, Director of CrossRoads Camp and Conference Center for seven years, and Director of Columbia Baptist retreat Center for four years. He has been on the board of IACCA since 2013, and was previously the section president for the Carolinas Virginias Section of the CCCA (Christian Camp and Conference Association). He is a graduate of Kawartha Lakes Bible College and Liberty University, with a Certificate in Biblical Studies and a Bachelors in Physical Education. Click here to email Reuben.

Past President - Chuck Kraining, CCCP Certified 2008 Re-Certified 2013 Chuck serves as the Executive Director for Seabeck Conference Center in Washington State. With 25 years of experience in the conference center business, his history at Seabeck includes working as a cook and later as conference coordinator. In 2008, he assumed the position of Executive Director. He serves as the President of both the Silverdale Rotary Club and the Seabeck Community Club. Vice President  - Charles (Chuck) Lehman,  CCCP Certified. Chuck is a graduate of Purdue University, Chuck formed his landscape architecture firm, Lehman & Lehman, Inc., in 1988 and has since established himself as a leader in master planning and strategic planning and is recognized for his vision in planning, design and Placemaking. Secretary/Treasurer- Joel K. Jarvis - CCCP Certified 1985 and American Camp Association Certified Camp Director.   Joel has been in the camp & conference center industry since 1975.  He has been a member of IACCA since 1984.  Joel has served as Executive Director of several camps and conference centers including Lucerne Camp & Retreat Center, and most recently the Mt. Membership - Jamie Mielke-Mitchell - CCCP Certified 2013. Jamie is the Operations Manager at Kettunen Center in Tustin, Michigan. Before joining Kettunen Center in 2006, Jamie worked as an Environmental Educator where she organized environmental education programs and facilitated residential camps for school groups. She holds a BA in Environmental Education/Earth Science from Central Michigan University. Jamie has been an active member with IACCA since the fall of 2007. Click here to email Jamie.

Education - Dr. Charles Wallace, Life Member Charles Wallace has been living and loving conference center work for more than forty years. He is nationally known for his work as a teacher and trainer for leadership transitions at conference centers. A frequent presenter at IACCA sessions, Dr. Wallace continues to bring a fresh perspective to our work. He is Dean of the IACCA Certification Program and has written much of the textbook material that defines best practices for conference center administration. Communications - Bertha (Betty) deBastiani - CCCP Certified 2017 Betty is a certified meeting professional working for the Catholic Diocese of Dallas as director of the Catholic Conference and Formation Center since February 2015.  Previously she worked as director of events and marketing for the University of Dallas School of Ministry, where she organized the Dallas Ministry Conference, second largest Catholic ministry conference in the country.  Bertha moved to Texas from Mexico eleven years ago with her husband Joe. Her professional career in Mexico included  executive director for the Chihuahua Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB), and communications superintendent for Electrolux of Mexico, among others. Click here to email Betty.
