Facility Development and Maintenance

Conference Centers.  They come in all sizes and shapes throughout the country.  And, they all have one common feature: They are special places for guests who use them and those who operate them.  A major task of conference center administration is the oversight of maintenance and long-term management of a center’s site and facilities.  In this course, two highly experienced instructors will lead an interactive consideration of excellence practices.  If you supervise, oversee, or wish to expand your knowledge about the physical maintenance and management of conference centers, this course is for you.
