Records discussions and actions from Board meetings and Board conference calls and distributes minutes to all board members.
Prepares minutes of Annual Meeting and gives an oral summary report to the members at the subsequent Annual meeting.
Maintains official minutes book for the Association.
Maintains and keeps the Policies and Procedures Manual up to date.
Serves as financial resource to Executive Director. Reviews all financial statements and confirms all appropriate fiscal policies are applied.
Transfers all records to the elected replacement.
Performs other tasks as assigned by the President.
General knowledge of financial accounting practices.
Strong communication, computer and organizational skills.
Available to travel to attend two Board of Directors meetings annually (fall meeting at Annual Conference and spring meeting location TBD) and to participate in monthly Board conference calls (non-conference travel paid by IACCA).
Able to spend an average of 4-6 hours/month on IACCA business.
