Get the answers to all of your questions about conference center administration from one of the most knowledgeable experts in the field.  Dr. Charles Wallace will lead this fast-paced and highly interactive session based on IACCA’s Core Values and Industry Best Practices.  Whether you are new to conference center administration or a seasoned veteran, you will learn the most up-to-date techniques, practical insights and useful professional applications on topics ranging from non-profit governance and administration, finance and funding to staff development and guest friendly hospitality, facilities and programs.  The full course outline is available at

Dr. Charles Wallace is a nationally recognized teacher, writer and practitioner in the conference center field, currently serving as Interim Executive Director at Cervegny Conference Center and Camp Weed in Florida.  He brings 45 years experience as a center CEO, serves as dean of the IACCA faculty and has authored many of the training materials used in the IACCA Certification program.  

    Rev. Jess Schload has been director at the Life Enrichment Center in Florida since 2007. Prior to his current position he was Associate Director and then Executive Director at Geneva Point Center in New Hampshire for 15 years. Jess has been active in IACCA since 1994 and is a CCCP. He has a MDiv from Bethany Theological Seminary with an emphasis in outdoor ministries and has graduate training in nonprofit management from Northeastern University and Southern NH University. 

    This workshop is required for candidates pursuing IACCA Certification, but is also open to all conference center professionals wanting to polish their skills.
