This course will be taught in IACCA's brand new blended learning format. Students will meet for three online instruction and group synthesis classes. Between each class, the students will be given follow-up work. This follow-up work could consist of articles to read, a writing prompt, or something else. Students will then use this follow-up to guide their group synthesis during the next class.
This course meets the requirements of one of the six areas of knowledge required for certification. The course includes specific best practices for conference center administration.
