Quality leadership is an art, a science, and the way to get things done. This course is designed to stimulate and guide persons who want to be leaders in conference center professions. Directors and department heads will find the material considered here helpful toward developing their leadership effectiveness.

Everyone has a unique leadership style and leadership practices vary widely. At the same time, there are certain principles which every conference center professional should have in their grasp. This interactive classroom course will help participants identify and apply these principles, including:

Students will receive an IACCA Textbook approximately two weeks before the class. This course qualifies as one of the six required courses for IACCA Professional Certification.
